What lights me up in my roles as a keynote speaker, trainer and coach, is working with sales teams and associations where everyone get those great moments of clarity, where they intuitively go ‘ahhh...I get it!’

Why does that matter so much to me? Because I believe 'business people who sell' are the heroes and heroines of the business world and them 'getting it' is key to their growth and the business growth.

There are 3 key problems I see my clients face though: staff retention, not making their numbers and not being able to differentiate themselves, and the impact can be huge. Profits and performance take a nose dive and stress increases. Statistics tell us less than 50% of companies actually make their numbers, and the trend moving forward is showing us skill-sets definitely need to shift from a traditional hard core focus.

What it’s really all about is positioning ourselves exclusively, thinking laterally and selling consciously. This means businesses have to start thinking outside the square when it comes to what’s involved with their business growth.
