The document is written as a participant's guide for a facilitated training program yet can be utilised for self training.

Understanding and interpreting human behaviour is an important skill for all sales people to develop. The one constant in every sales role is the need to deal effectively with people. In pursuing the study of human behaviour the objective is not to use this knowledge to change others but to interact more effectively.
The objective of this program is to help you to understand behavioural styles (yours and your customers). Then learn how to adapt your behaviour to relate better with those of differing behavioural styles.
